L FENEIS DESIGN

I came across this forgotten antique sofa, abandoned in a garage for an undetermined amount of lonely years. It needed to be completely gutted, but under all the dust and sadness, I could see that It had a hand carved oak frame and clean lines.

 

My goal was to redesign this sofa in an eclectic and unique style.  I finished the piece with high high resilient foams, a hand sprung platform, black velvet, and a raw two-toned skeleton finish on the natural oak frame.
